1. Introduction

Welcome to https://earnincome.in/ (“Platform”), an affiliate-based earning platform operated by EarnIncome (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, or “EarnIncome”).

By accessing or using our website, services, features, or tools (collectively, “Services”), you (“User”, “You”, “Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. General Terms

• These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute a legally binding agreement.

• EarnIncome acts only as a facilitator and does not sell or supply products or services.

• All transactions occur directly between Users and third-party Retailers.

• EarnIncome does not guarantee product quality, delivery, pricing, or merchant conduct.

• We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

• Platform access may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Membership & Registration

To become a Member:

• You must be 18 years or older

• You must be a natural person with legal capacity

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information

• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials

EarnIncome reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.

4. Prohibited Activities

Members must not:

• Run paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) pointing directly to affiliate links

• Engage in brand bidding

• Create fake accounts, self-referrals, or unauthorized links

• Use fraudulent payment details or third-party identities

• Manipulate tracking systems or exploit offers

Violation may result in:

• Immediate account termination

• Forfeiture of earnings

• Legal action

5. Our Services (Affiliate Earnings)

EarnIncome allows Members to earn commissions (“Profit”) by sharing customized affiliate links.

A transaction qualifies only if it:

• Is tracked correctly

• Is confirmed by the Retailer

• Is not returned, cancelled, or reversed

If EarnIncome does not receive commission, no Profit is payable.

Retailer decisions are final and binding.

6. Referral Earnings

Members may earn a referral bonus (if applicable) when referred users generate qualifying profits.

Referral earnings:

• Are subject to Retailer approval

• May change or be discontinued anytime

• Do not apply to self-referrals or fraudulent referrals

7. Payments & Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal threshold: ₹10

• Payment methods may include UPI, Bank Transfer, or others

• Members are responsible for providing correct payout details

• EarnIncome is not liable for failed transfers due to incorrect details

• Pending earnings may take up to 90 days or more to validate

Incorrectly credited amounts may be reversed or recovered.

8. Account Closure

If an account is closed:

• Earnings below minimum threshold are forfeited

• Validated earnings above threshold may be withdrawn

• EarnIncome may withhold earnings for fraud or policy violations

9. Our Role

• EarnIncome is not a seller or service provider

• We do not control Retailers’ products, pricing, or fulfillment

• Disputes must be resolved directly with Retailers

• We may suspend users violating laws or Terms

10. Misuse & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Investigate violations

• Suspend or blacklist accounts

• Share data with legal authorities if required

• Forfeit pending or validated earnings

11. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Users must keep passwords secure.
We will never ask for your password outside the Platform.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on EarnIncome (logos, design, text, software) is protected by IP laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written consent.

User-submitted content grants EarnIncome a non-exclusive worldwide license.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details data collection, usage, and protection.

14. Communications

You agree to receive:

• Emails

• SMS

• WhatsApp messages

• App & browser notifications
  related to Services and account activity.

15. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

EarnIncome is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Retailer failures

• Technical interruptions

• Loss of earnings due to tracking issues

Maximum liability shall not exceed ₹500.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify EarnIncome against all losses, claims, damages, and legal costs arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform

• Breach of these Terms

• Violation of law or third-party rights

17. Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for third-party content, links, or advertisements displayed on the Platform.

18. Assignment

EarnIncome may assign this Agreement.
Users may not assign rights without prior written consent.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Governed by Indian Law

• Courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction

• Parties shall attempt amicable resolution before litigation

20. Severability

If any clause is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain valid.

21. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to events beyond reasonable control (pandemics, natural disasters, power failures, etc.).

22. Grievance Redressal

In compliance with Indian law:
